Registration Desk

All participants must register at the Conference Registration Desk, which will be located in the lobby of Building 16 of Jiuhua Spa and Resort on Oct. 18th, 2008.

Payment

Payment can be made in the following ways:

1. Credit card:

Only MasterCard, VISA, and American Express will be acceptable. It will be billed in Chinese yuan. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates. A 4% bank charge will be added to the amount to be billed. To pay in advance, a payment form can be downloaded from the website. Please fill out and sign the form, and fax to the designated fax number. Credit card can also be used for on-site payment.

2. Bank transfer:

Please write "SFRR 2008" and the participant's name in the place of "Message".
The bank transfer should be made before September 30, 2008. All bank charges will be borne by the participant. In order to avoid any trouble in money transfer, please do send a copy of your remittance invoice or receipt together with your Registration Form.

3. Bank draft:

The bank draft should be made payable to CICCST/SFRR 2008. As the draft requires a 30-day collection period, it should be received no later than September 10, 2008. Please mail it to: Ms. Xiaolin Yan, CICCST/SFRR2008, 86 Xueyuan Nan Road, Beijing 100081, China. No personal check is acceptable.
