ACCOMMODATION

The Organizing Committee has secured accommodation for participants at advantageous rates in the four-star Galaxy Hotel. The Galaxy Hotel is ideally located in Hongqiao Business District, within walking distance to Shanghai International Exhibition Centre (Intex), Shanghai Mart and Shanghai International Trade Centre. It is 7 km to the city center, 7 km to the Hongqiao Airport and 40 km to Pudong International Airport.

The Organizing Committee has also secured a limited number of rooms in the three-star Oasis Hotel for the students only.

Note:

  1. All the rooms will be reserved on a first come first served basis upon receipt of the completed registration form and deposit.
  2. Breakfast(s) will be included in the room rate.
  3. A deposite of one-night room rate is required for reservation.
  4. Reservation should be made before March 15, 2008. No reservation can be guaranteed after this date without the deposit.
