Registration before June 30, 2007 is mandatory for all presenters.

Conference Registration Fee includes:

2. CNOC Reception on Monday, September 3
3. Cultural Evening on Wednesday, September 5
4. ISABE Banquet and Award Ceremony on Thursday, September 6
5. Working lunches and refreshment breaks
6. Admission to the complete program and a CD-ROM of proceedings

How to Register

1. Email: Download a registration form, fill out and email it to: isabe2007@sino-meetings.com.
   Download the Form . Download the Form with Credit Card Payment Form (zip file).
    
2. Online Registration: Fill out the online registration form and submit.
   Go to the Online Registration Page.
    
3. Fax or Mail: Fill out a different registration form, print and fill out, and mail to Mr. Liu Feng, CICCST, Room 722E, Xueyuan Nan Lu, Beijing 100081, China.
   Download the Form. .

Registration Desk

The registration desk will be set up in Beijing Friendship Hotel. The Registration Time is:

September 1 14:00-18:00 in the lobby of Building 1
September 2 9:00-20:00 in the lobby of Building 1
September 3-6 8:00-18:00 in the Symposium Hall

Participants are requested to go to the registration desk for registration and pick up the congress bag.

Payment

The Chinese currency (CNY) is the only official currency used. Except for the registration fee, all items are quoted in Chinese currency. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. For credit card payment, we will charge directly in CNY. For payment by trank transfer, you may remit in euro with a rough exchange rate of EUR 1.00 = CNY 10.00. After receipt, we will convert your payment into the local currency and settle the balance after you arrive.

Cancellation

For cancellation of registration, please send a fax to +86-10-6218 0142. EUR 100.00 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations received before August 24, 2007. No requests for refunds will be honored if received after this date.

For cancellation of hotel reservation, CNY 200.00 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations received before August 31, 2007. No requests for refunds will be honored if received after this date. For cancellation of post-conference tour, CNY 500.00 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations received before August 31, 2007. CNY 1000.00 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations received before September 5, 2007. No requests for refunds will be honored if received after this date.

For cancellation of tours of spare-time activities, full refund will be made if cancellation is received one day before the tour starts.
