Room Rates of the Hotel and Reservation

Four categories of hotel rooms with discount rates have been negotiated with the Hotel for the Conference participants to make choices. The rates are per room per night, including breakfast for one person (i.e. in the case of an accompanying person of the participant, he/she need not to pay for the room but should pay for his/her breakfast). A one-night deposit is required for reservation, which is CNY 1000 or € 100 for one room in Building 1 and CNY 500 or € 50 for one room in other buildings. If it is paid in euros, it will be converted to the Chinese yuan according to the exchange rate on the day the money is received and forwarded to the hotel. All reservations should be made on-line or on the registration form and sent to China International Conference Center for Science and Technology. Late reservation can not be guaranteed.

Internet access is also available in all guestrooms. The charge for internet access is: CNY 10 yuan per hour, 50 yuan per 24 hours and 160 yuan per month.

Note: The exchange rate between Euro and Chinese Yuan on Februray 2007 is: € 1 euro = CNY 10 yuan.
