ICSG REGISTRATION, PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Every participant of ICSG 2006 including invited speakers, is requested to complete a separate Registration Form. It is expected that at least one author per abstract should be registered for the Conference. Your Registration Form should be accompanied with relevant payment. The completed form and payment are to be sent by e-mail or fax before September 25, 2006 to China International Conference Center for Science and Technology (CICCST), a co-organizer of the ICSG 2006 conference:

Registration Fee

Note: Student participants must be full-time students enrolled in universities or equivalent institutions. Student registration must be accompanied with a copy of student identification card or a letter of verification from a department chairperson or faculty/research advisor.

Registration Fee Entitlement

Fully registered participants and students:

• All scientific sessions
• Conference materials (including abstract and program book)
• Welcome reception
• Coffee and tea during refreshment breaks
• All lunches during the conference
• Conference banquet

Registered accompanying persons:

• All lunches during the conference
• Welcome reception
• Conference banquet

Confirmation

Your registration and reservations will be confirmed by CICCST upon receipt of your Registration Form and payments. Please present the confirmation letter to the Registration Desk upon arrival.

Registration Desk

The registration desk will be located in the lobby of Grand Building (Building 1) of the Friendship Hotel on Oct. 22nd. From Oct. 23rd-26th, the registration and information desk will move to the lobby of the Meeting Hall. The registration desk will be open during the following hours:

Oct. 22nd (Lobby of the Building 1 of the Friendship Hotel): 8:30am-11:00pm
Oct. 23rd-26th (Lobby of the Meeting Hall): 8:30am-12:00pm, 1:30pm-6:00pm

Payment

Please note that all bank charges shall be borne by the participant.

1. Credit card: Only MasterCard, VISA, and American Express will be acceptable. It will be billed in Chinese RMB. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates. A 4% bank charge will be added to the amount to be billed.

2. Bank transfer: Beneficiary: CICCST (China International Conference Center for Science and Technology); Bank Name: Bank of China Head Office; Account No.: 00038018091014; Swift Code: BKCHCNBJ; Bank Address: 1 Fuxingmen Nei Dajie, Beijing 100818, China.

Please write "ICSG 2006" and the participant's name in the place of "Message". And attach a copy of your remittance invoice or receipt together with your Registration Form to avoid any possible problem.

3. Bank draft: The bank draft should be made payable to CICCST/ICSG2006. As the draft requires a 30- day collection period, it should be received no later than Sept. 20, 2006. Please mail it to: Ms. Jing Ma, CICCST/ICSG2006, 86 Xueyuan Nan Road, Beijing 100081, China.

No personal check is acceptable for the payments.

Cancellation and Refund

Any change or cancellation must be notified in writing. Refund with remittance charge deducted will be processed after the Conference. The refund policy is given below:
