ICSR TRADE EXHIBITION AND SPONSORSHIP

A Trade Exhibition will be held in conjunction with the ICSG 2006 Conference at Friendship Palace of Beijing Friendship Hotel, This exhibition will cover a wide range of products and services relating to structural biology and Structural Genomics. The Trade Exhibition is open to any organization or company with an interest in exhibiting their products or services.

Location and Date

The exhibition will be held at Beijing Friendship Hotel from Oct. 22-26, 2006. The booths are conveniently located next to the meeting rooms, facilitating participant interaction with the vendors and items on display.

Exhibition Timetable

Cost of Participation

US$1500/booth (2 x 2 m); US$2000/booth (3 x 2 m)

Early registration guarantees exhibitors' preferred booth locations. Exhibitors will be provided with ready-to-display facilities including:

• Fascia board with company name in English (Chinese also, if needed)
• Side and back walls
• Carpeting
• One desk and two chairs
• One socket: 5 Amp/220V
• Basic lighting (2 lamps)

Space Application and Allocation of Stand Sites

• Help in obtaining visas for exhibitors' personnel, hotel accommodations, and ticketing services
• A complete freight forwarding service through a designated contractor
• Free entry in the exhibition to all attendees at the exhibition

Exhibition Services

• Exhibit space will be assigned to sponsors first and then on a first come first serve basis upon receipt of the completed Exhibition Booth Reservation Form and payments.
• The floor plan for the exhibition booth indicating the available stand sites will be available in late May. You are kindly requested to study it and mark your first three choices both on the reservation form and the floor plan. It is important that you indicate three different spaces in different areas.
• Booth allocations will be made in September 2006. All reservations with the payment should therefore be received no later than August 1, 2006.
