REGISTRATION ENTITLEMENT

The full registration fee for regular participants and students includes:

1. Admission to all scientific programs and exhibition.
2. Documentation including the Book of Abstracts.
3. Admission to the Opening Ceremony and Closing Ceremony.
4. Welcome Reception.

The registration fee for Accompanying Persons includes:

1. Ladies Program.
2. Welcome Reception.

PAYMENT METHOD

All payment must be made in US Dollars by bank transfer or in CNY/US$ by credit card. No other type of payment will be accepted. If you pay the hotel deposit and tours with US dollars by bank transfer, you may use a temporary exhange rate of 1 US dollar = 7.50 Chinese yuan to calculate how much you have to pay. We will change your US dollars to Chinese yuan according to the actual rate at the time of receipt of your paymeht, and settle the balance after you arrive.

Please note that all bank charges shall be borne by the participant.

1. Credit card: Only MasterCard, VISA, and American Express will be acceptable. It will be billed in Chinese RMB. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates. A 4% bank charge will be added to the amount to be billed.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Any change or cancellation must be notified in writing to the Congress secretariat. Refund with remittance charge deducted will be processed after the Conference. The refund policy is given below where the dates indicate the date when the cancellation request is received.
